From January 15 – February 15 2010 The Imperial Boat House will be presenting a highly selective Italian menu designed by executive chef Flavio Manzoni.

Flavio’s philosophy in cooking is to keep his dishes as natural as possible, using macrobiotic ingredients and presenting authentic Italian cuisine in a modern fashion. Born in the lake Como region of Italy, Flavio has an impressive culinary resume spanning nearly every continent.
Flavio has received many reviews for his culinary achievements. A few locations where he has honed his culinary skills are Fuzio, La dolce Vita and Belguardo in Bangkok.
